A teammate is a user with access to the ClearFlask admin dashboard. They can manage feedback, users, and settings. You count as one teammate and any additional teammates may cost extra depending on the plan.

For recurring plans, you will be charged based on the number of teammates you had during the billing period. For lifetime plans, you can purchase additional teammate slots at any time.
